TM-Mobile-Alerter and TroublespotMonitor (TM for short)

First responders need intelligence to enable them to effectively engage trouble spots within our buildings and environments.  Does your server have a way to inform responders about specific event locations?

TM-Mobile-Alerter

 

Many alert scenarios exist in our residences and our workplaces for which this application would be useful.  Per-alert muting puts you in control of your phone.  Provides notifications while in background mode.  See below for examples of connecting to server APIs using TM-Mobile-Alerter on your iPhone.

NOTE: TM-Mobile-Alerter will be available in the Apple App Store in September 2025.  We are arranging a way for mobile alerter users to test against one of our servers (on which we have triggered a troublespot alert).  Enter your email here and you will receive an email with instructions when a server is available.

Connect to any or all servers for which you are authorized.

Though the app is in background or phone has lock screen, an audible (mutable) alert and text notification will appear periodically when any connected server has sent an alert.

TroublespotMonitor (TM)

 

Many alert scenarios exist in our residences and our workplaces for which this application would be useful.  Troublespot Monitor is a server application that implements APIs for the TM-Mobile-Alerter, sends emails with attached floorplans, and also manipulates Philips Hue lighting for more effective local alerting.
